Below is a list of resources that I use to gather information. Wisdom and discernment require knowledge, facts, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I don’t fully endorse all opinions in these sources, nor can I guarantee their accuracy or doctrinal reliability. While we cannot totally control the information we encounter, the Holy Spirit, which is the Spirit of Truth, will guide us into all truth. Rely on Him to discern what is true and just. *NOTE:  Regarding personal prophecy and so-called YouTube Prophets: As we near the return of Jesus there will be more and more well meaning "Christians" who claim to be a prophet. (Matt. 24:4-5) Use the following scriptures when considering any prophecy. 1 John 4:1; Deut. 18:21-22; Deut. 13:1-3; Isa. 8:20; Matt. 7:15-20; 1 Cor. 14:29.
Here is a brief checklist when judging prophecy.

• Does it glorify Jesus? (John 16:14)
• Is it consistent with Scripture? (Isaiah 8:20)
• Does it produce the fruit of the Spirit? (Galatians 5:22–23)
• Is it spoken in love and humility? (1 Corinthians 13)
• Does it edify, exhort, or comfort the body? (1 Corinthians 14:3)
• Is it confirmed by mature spiritual leaders? (1 Corinthians 14:29)
• Has it been fulfilled, or is it aligned with God’s known ways? (Deut. 18:22)
