God’s Answer for a Troubled Mind

Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV)   “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”
 
2 Timothy 1:7  “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
 
In today’s world, many are facing real battles in the mind – anxiety, fear, stress and increasing mental strain.  The pressures of life have intensified and for many, the weight feels overwhelming.  
 
It’s easy to look for quick relief.  And while there can be a place for natural help and properly guided care, it does not always address the deeper need of the heart and mind.  
 
God’s desire is not just a temporary calm;  His desire is a complete peace and wholeness.  
 
He has given you a sound mind and He offers His perfect peace to us.   
 
When our mind is stayed, fixed upon Him, and His Word, His presence and peace begin to seady our thoughts and settle our hearts.  
 
This is not a forced peace, it’s a sustained peace of mind.  
 
Declare:  “I have a sound mind, my mind is stayed on the Lord.  His perfect peace is filling me now.”
